About us

“We believe that everyone who operates an industrial vehicle deserves maximum comfort.”

Who we are

Since 1996, Isoform has made custom components in foam, rubber, fibre and textile for OEMs and cabin builders in agriculture, construction, industry, LCV and defence.

Our mission: maximum comfort for everyone who operates an industrial vehicle, through technical thermal, acoustic and anti-vibration solutions made in-house in Belgium and Romania.

Our vision: to become the European reference for custom components across the full spectrum of industrial vehicles.

One partner, two plants, one quality standard

With sites in Belgium and Romania, Isoform combines engineering close to home with series production at a competitive cost. Harelbeke and Ciugud share the same processes, the same quality controls and the same ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification. You deal with one partner and one standard, regardless of where the parts are pressed or cut.

Isoform - Who we are

The people behind it

Louis and Jean-François run Isoform together. We're a down-to-earth company: fast and flexible, uncompromising on quality.

Production in Harelbeke is managed by Pieter, while Lieven and Tineke run production and operations at our site in Romania. Teams run their own lines and take their own decisions, because the people on the floor know the parts best. 5S, Kaizen and Lean are part of the daily routine.

Sales is handled by Louis and Jean-François together with Emile and Stijn, with no agents in between. They bring the technical know-how and act as your project lead and single point of contact, from first drawing to series production.

ESG & sustainability

Sustainability starts on the production floor. We turn our own offcuts into new raw material, replace plastics with bio-based fibres where the application allows it, and measure our energy use before we set targets. Our ESG reporting follows recognised frameworks, so OEM customers can verify our progress instead of taking our word for it.
