Thermo-compression

Thermo-compression presses fibre materials into three-dimensional shape: light, strong and ready to fit.

Head liners in PES fibre, fibreglass or soft-touch finish

Melamine foam (10 kg/m³, up to 58 mm) & recycled bonded foam (100–180 kg/m³)
Glass wool & PES fibre (25–105 kg/m³, 15–60 mm, black veil or glass veil)
Heavy mass barriers: bitumen & EPDM (4.8–10 kg/m², self-adhesive)

Thermal

Heat & cold insulation

Glass wool & E-glass with aluminium facing (up to 60 mm)
Cross-linked PE foam (25–30 kg/m³, 3–40 mm)
Firewall laminates: E-glass 5–10 mm + alu backing, glass fleece + alu + adhesive
PES needle felt & cotton felt (up to 1000 g/m², 30 mm)

Anti-vibration & sealing

Vibrations, shocks, water & dust

Solid rubber: EPDM, neoprene, NBR, SBR, HNBR, silicone (1–20 mm, 30–80 Shore A)
Cellular rubber & EPDM sponge (1–50 mm, plain or self-adhesive; tapes 6–20 mm wide)
Reinforced rubber sheets with 1–2 fabric inlays
PVC foam (13–18 mm) & SBR checker mats (3 mm, FMVSS 302)

Needle-punched PES non-wovens & headliner fabrics (120–1000 g/m², up to 2000 mm wide)
PVC leather (simili) & velour (190–400 g/m², incl. perforated grades)
PES / BICO / glass-fibre carriers (300–1600 g/m², thermoformable)
Rigid sheets: ABS, ABS/PC, HDPE, PETG, GRP (1.5–24 mm)
